While shuffling through pages of The Sunday Times magazine, I came across an advertisement of a book titled 'How Innovation Works'
Every time you see someone with a coffee stain on their shirt, remember: it may not be their fault. Perhaps the coffee was spilt not by them, but by someone else. It could have been an accident or mere carelessness — caused by a friend, a colleague, or even a complete stranger. Yet, when it happens, the person with the stain is the one who looks bad. They are the one who suffers embarrassment, perhaps even forced to leave the party.
Time is the most powerful boundary in our lives. Every goal, personal or professional, comes with a timeline. We may wish to give our best, but the ticking clock often forces us to deliver within a frame that may not allow our true potential to come out.
