Jyoti Patel (39), allegedly pleaded guilty to failing to inform Leicester City Council regarding her change in circumstances between November 2008 and October 2014, although she was aware that this could affect her entitlement to housing benefit.
She received a jail sentence of 24 weeks and suspended for 24 months.
