Shruthi UK hosts annual dinner

Held at the Solihull Women’s Institute, the evening programme featured an awards presentation, stalls, a raffle draw and Indian karaoke, better known as Antakshari, in which almost everyone took part. Guests were welcomed by pink sari-clad Chithra Ramakrishnan, founder and director of Shruthi UK. Speakers included the Acting Consul General of India in Birmingham, Mr BC Pradhan, and our senior news editor Dhiren Katwa. Shruthi UK offers a range of classes for people of all ages.
