Held at the Solihull Women’s Institute, the evening programme featured an awards presentation, stalls, a raffle draw and Indian karaoke, better known as Antakshari, in which almost everyone took part. Guests were welcomed by pink sari-clad Chithra Ramakrishnan, founder and director of Shruthi UK.
