Qatar Airways has inaugurated the airline’s fourth UK gateway, with direct flights between Doha and Birmingham connecting the city with more than 150 destinations worldwide.
Emirates recently launched the A380 aircraft on its lunchtime service between Birmingham and Dubai, increasing capacity by 180 extra seats. The airline now offers three flights a day and more than 1,200 seats a day on the route.
Uday Dholakia, Brand Ambassador for the Airport, said: “Birmingham Airport range of destinations and passenger numbers are growing rapidly.
