A father whose son was killed in a Liverpool fire started by the boy's mother met the Children's Minister at Westminster to discuss his campaign for a change in the law on court orders.

Paresh Patel's son - four-year-old Jai Joshi - died in a blaze set deliberately by his mum at her flat in 2014. She'd failed to return Jai to his father despite a court order and him having full custody. He is calling for a change in the law to make all court orders enforceable by police and social workers.
