A 28-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Geetika Goyal. Kashish Aggarwal, of Wintersdale Road in Leicester, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 8th March.
The charge relates to an incident in the early hours of Thursday morning (4 March) where police were called to Uppingham Close in Leicester following a report that a woman had been found injured. Officers attended but Ms Goyal, 29, was pronounced dead at the scene.
