Although the ideal approach to obtaining vitamins is through a balanced diet rich in natural sources, many individuals opt for Vitamin B complex supplements due to their water-soluble nature. These supplements are widely used to support essential bodily functions such as metabolism, energy production, and the upkeep of the nervous system. However, while the regular intake of vitamin B is crucial, excessive consumption can lead to concerning side effects.

The B-complex vitamins constitute a cluster of water-soluble nutrients comprising B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate), and B12 (cobalamin).
