About 18,000 cattle were lost in a "horrific" explosion and fire at a dairy farm in Texas, and one farm worker was hurt, according to authorities. Chinese SC judge jailed for 12 years

Norway expels 15 Russian diplomats

32 Kenyans jailed for possession of weapons
