It's good news as far as bank credit is concerned.
Lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the UK is growing for the first time since the 2007-08 recession, a detailed survey by British Business Bank has found.
The state-owned wholesale lender, that compiled the study, hailed the availability of bank credit. It rose for four consecutive quarters in the year to October 2015 for the first time since 2007-08.
