A woman shopping at a Debenhams store in Folkestone died in the lavatory after staff locked up unaware she had been taken ill. Lorraine Rawbone, 70, was going to celebrate her golden wedding when she had a blog clot in Debenhams on 31st March.
Staff checked the toilets before locking up but failed to see her. Her body was found four hours later with the help of a phone-tracking app. A coroner recorded the death as natural causes.
