Dog walkers to fall foul of the law

Dog owners who walk their pets without a bag to clean up after the pet could be penalised before any offence is committed. Boston borough council in Lincolnshire is considering introducing legislation which would give it the power to fine walkers who aren't carrying “poop bags”. Under the proposed Public Space Protection Order set to be introduced in February 2017 the fines which stands at £50 could be raised to £100.
