It seems as though Prime Minister, David Cameron has given his ministers an ultimatum. He has told them that if they vote for Britain to leave the European Union, they will have to resign.

Cameron made this strong comment regarding the contemplation of resignations by a number of Eurosceptic ministers before the vote, which could lead to a massive confrontation with the members of his Cabinet.

At the G7 conference in Germany, Cameron was asked whether he had “absolutely closed” his mind from allowing minsters to vote as per their free will. To this, David Cameron replied, “I’ve been very clear. If you want to be part of the Government, you have to take the view that we are engaged in an exercise of renegotiation, to have a referendum, and that will lead to a successful outcome.”
