Introspection: What would you like to achieve in the next 30 days?

Let's say we are dealing with a very short timeline, maybe of 30 days. What would you like to achieve in the next 30 days? If you have to put up your goal post for next one month, where will it be? What would it look like? What satisfaction will you derive from it?Normally we deal with bigger goals planned for a year, or even longer periods. On a day to day basis, our focus is on a daily To Do list. But we seldom work on monthly targets. Let's try this. You have visibility of major items in your schedules, like travel out of the country, any major meeting, or event etc are already in your knowledge. How would you like to place your other relevant targets in this period of 30 days? Can you come out as a winner in this short time period in at least one or two sectors? Maybe in terms of weight loss you target 3 kg, or in terms of travel you target 3 days' vacation, or in terms of saving, you target reducing your avoidable expenses. Any kind of small or big goals that you feel would contribute to your larger goal as well as add to your discipline may be included here. If you are interested in reading, maybe you can target 3 books in the next 30 days. You can watch 5 movies, or 2 series. There can be plans for 15 sessions in the gym by hitting the floor every alternate day. For writers, you can target 15,000 words at least. As a video blogger, you might have the intention to create new content and targeting 10 videos of 10 minutes each is not too difficult to achieve, is it? Whatever you decide, it's manageable to implement in the next 30 days because of visibility of your schedule, less time for spillover and complete command in a short period. For family, you might decide to take them for dinner twice, or celebrate a member's birthday in a swag. You can also decide to do a full body check up to ascertain yours and family members' health status. But, when you plan your 3-4 major targets for the coming 30 days, be careful not to overdo it. Don't crowd it too much. It won't be possible to manage too many things in this short period of time. Rather if you just target one goal each in the areas of career, health, family and entertainment, the result would be much better. Afterall it is better to go deeper to get the oil out of the ground than going wider. Do you have something in mind to achieve in the next 30 days?
