1)     Which place, or city or country do you most feel at home in?

London - I lived in various places across the world in last 15 in years - USA, Middle East and India to name few, However I fee London as Home - London is pure magic. One of the world’s most visited cities, London has something for everyone: from history and culture to fine food and exceedingly good times.

2)     What are your proudest achievements?

One of the proudest achievements is appearing in #Who wants to be a millionaire # ( Indian version ) in 2014 , I have cleared a 6 rounds of selection process to get there and in the Fastest finger first I hold the record of one of the fastest of all answered 3 question in  11 sec - then played 10 question on the Hot seat - I feel proud of this achieving.

3)     What inspires you?

I grew up as orphan struggling for 1 meal a day - so every child who sees great future despite of odds that they are facing is my inspiration - When  I work in the various community activities across the globe I find so many people with so less and they still have strong hope for bright tomorrow - that inspires me a lot and it relates to me as well as I had real tough times as orphan kid and had very rough childhood, still I managed to pave my way though from small village in India to where I am today and travelled world and led various positions in various big organisations - it’s quite a journey and that journey inspires me to keep going.

4)     What has been biggest obstacle in your career?

get audiences many for everyone - but key thing to pick in the Tax career is the challenge of being up target audience and being relevant is the key challenge as well as opportunity and in my other roles as Motivational speaker the biggest obstacle is to get the acceptance from audience, once one can get  audiences confidence then the message will be well taken so its key for any speaker to win audience in first few mins.

5)     Who has been the biggest influence on your career to date?

All the leaders that I worked with are the biggest influence in my career - but I need to mention one person that is not from the corporate world but from my personnel life that is my grandmother - when I was a kid, she taught me the importance values in career and that helped me a lot in building my career.

6)     What is the best aspect about your current role?

"As a Motivational speaker and Mentor - my key goal is to give the right direction to audience that listens to me, Values is my top priority and I always try to teach the same and also giving back to community is one more important aspect I try to spread in all my talks. and I love doing this as it helps to build better worlds for all of us."

7)     And the worst?

Honestly I don’t anything to categorize as worst - because I truly love what I do in various roles I play in a day of my life be it Senior manager in my day job, or helping kids and younger generation as motivational speaker and doing charity events and helping community as Rotarian and community leader - I love every I do - so there's nothing that I can mention as worst.

8)     What are your long-term goals?

My long terms goal is to inspire many kids/younger generation to achieve their full potential - I can see from my own experiences it’s very difficult path specially for under privileged society - I grew up in India as orphan and spent 25+ years of my life to build and create space for me - I want to help people like to make the journey a bit easier for them - Please wish me the best so I can impact lives.

9)     If you were Prime Minister, what one aspect would you change?

"I will focus on 2 major things on which I believe the country is build and prospered:

1. Creating the best possible Education and Eco system for younger generations - as that the future, in today’s fast pacing DIGI world its super important to be future ready - so I will focus on that as prime minister.

2. one more most important thing is Health and wellbeing, when the country can be rest assured on the health the individual performance would improve and that in turn helps growth of the country”.

10)  If you were marooned on a desert island, which historical figure would you like to spend your time with and why?

I would love to spend time with A. P. J. Abdul Kalam  (was an Indian aerospace scientist and statesman who served as the 11th president of India from 2002 to 2007) - despite of achieving so much in life he was so deep rooted and spent all his life for the people around him and for his country - it’s incredible journey that he had and I would love to spend time with him and learn from his WISDOM.
