Leading divorce solicitor Shashi Gorsia has joined one of London’s largest Asian law firms as its new Head of their Family Department.

Shashi got headhunted by Pindoria Solicitors Stanmore office after turning down several offers from other London firms. He will now lead the growing family department covering areas of divorce and financial settlement. Shashi has a formidable reputation as an assertive divorce lawyer among his contemporaries and will be bringing his talent to Pindoria Solicitors.

He told us “I am excited about my future at Pindoria Solicitors. It has an established reputation as leaders in the Asian community and has grown substantially. My role now is to take the Family Law Department to new higher levels. Pindoria Solicitors is a dynamic and confident law firm which aims high. This, and the ethos of the firm, meant that I wanted to be part of this challenge in the future.”

The firm’s head Bharat Pindoria stated: “I am very pleased that we managed to recruit Shashi as our new head of Family Law. Together with our other leading family solicitor, Reena Kerai, I expect both of them to make a significant impact to the firm, developing their own specialist areas while holding true to our values of creativity. Shashi’s appointment is a testament to our ability to recruit lawyers with outstanding talent, expertise and industry knowledge.”

As legal aid is unavailable in most cases of divorce, Pindoria Solicitors has introduced a new way for their divorce clients to finance their legal fees. Many clients are taking up the option of paying all or most of their legal fees at the end of the case from their share of the financial settlement (subject to terms and conditions). This ensures that clients get full and proper legal representation for their matter without having to worry about how they are going to fund the case.

Pindoria Solicitors are located at 1st Floor, 502-504 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore HA7 1JR. If you want to speak to Shashi or Reena about any aspect of divorce or separation then please call them on 020 8951 6959.
