Himalayan Yogi and renowned Indian spiritual leader Shree Shivkrupanand Swami will be on their much-awaited UK visit from 26 April to 8 May 2024. The discourse during his visit could explore how we can foster greater understanding and collaboration through the field of meditation and spiritual practices which are essential in these globally challenging times.

His Holiness is a Himalayan Yogi in 1994 founded what has become one of the fastest growing meditation practices in the world. Samarpan Meditation is an ancient Himalayan practice that is open to all, free of charge and not bound by religion, gender or age. It develops positive spiritual values and creates inner peace through just 30 minutes of daily meditation. Samarpan Meditation is represented in 65 countries on every continent. Worldwide there are more than 200,000 meditators with 13 Trusts and 26 Ashrams/retreat centres including in the UK. 

The spiritual master and founder of Shree Shivkrupanand Swami Foundation, Shivkrupanand Swami has been known for working and promoting ancient meditation practices that can improve mental health, create positivity and reduce the stress that is concurrent in the current digital lifestyle. His work has been built around undertaking research and bringing out ideas that were proven and could help shape the world. 

A devoted practitioner of meditation, Shivkrupanand Swami has mastered yoga for eighteen years by living in the Himalayas and has been serving a mission bestowed upon him by his holy masters for the last 30 years.

Himalayan meditation is an 800-year-old sanskaar which is simple and can be easily practised by all irrespective of their religion. Unlike the other techniques of meditation, it doesn’t involve any complex breathing techniques or yoga.
