The programme will commence at 1100 hrs and will be attended by the High Commissioner of India, the Lord Mayor of Camden, as well as other distinguished dignitaries from the Indian High Commissions, British MPs and Peers. On this occasion a solemn programme of wreath laying and short speeches will be held.
