Billionaire Elon Musk and British actress Talulah Riley are divorcing for the second time.
According to an Associated Press report, the Inception actress has filed to divorce the tech mogul, Elon Musk, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Musk had earlier filed for divorce on New Year's Eve in 2014 before withdrawing the request seven months later. The magnate and the actress first married in 2010 before splitting in 2012. They remarried in July 2013.
According to the AP report, the pair have been living apart for the past six months and will remain friends.
Musk earned a fortune co-founding Paypal and went on to head the electric car company Tesla Motors. He is also known for his private aerospace company SpaceX.
Riley, who has appeared in Pride & Prejudice, also wrote and directed her first feature, Scottish Mussel , in 2014.
Musk and Riley do not have any children together, although the tech giant has five sons from a previous marriage with Justine, a fantasy novelist.
