Belal Ahmed, 24, and Mizad Miah, 24, were jailed for a combined total of 24 years after carrying out a “despicable” sexual assault in Tower Hamlets.
Mizad Miah, 24, from Tower Hamlets, was sentenced to 13 years’ imprisonment at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Friday, October 12, after being found guilty on September 11 of rape, administering a substance with intent to overpower to allow sexual activity, and assault by penetration.
Belal Ahmed, 24, of Devas Street, Tower Hamlets, was sentenced to 11 years’ imprisonment at the same court after being found guilty on September 11, of administering a substance with intent to overpower to allow sexual activity, and assault by penetration.
