The birthplace and childhood home of the iconic music maestro, Sir Elton John was sold within 72 hours of going on the market.

The three-bedroom semi-detached house in Pinner Hill Road, Pinner, was put on the property market in June, with a value of £525,000.

To celebrate the sale, the estate agents invited Sir Elton John's lookalike and tribute performer, Paul Bacon, to visit the property. James Gibbs, the estate agency's co-owner said, “Paul is regarded as the World’s premier Sir Elton lookalike and tribute artist so I just thought it would be fun to get him down to the house. We even got a piano delivered for him to give us a few renditions of some Sir Elton classics.”
