The Inner London Crown Court heard how a partner at a law firm in London was allegedly called a “scumbag” and racially abused in a year-long harassment campaign by a dissatisfy client who believed he had been cheated by £2.5 million.

Chief operating officer at Kemp Little LLP, Siddhartha Mankad, was allegedly called a “P*ki” and was accused of “ripping off clients” in phone calls, emails and in messages on social media from his client, businessman Jonathan Sherwood.

Sherwood is accused of racially aggravated harassment against Mankad between July 2015 and July 2016.

Jurors were shown messages from twitter sent from accounts allegedly associated with Sherwood's companies, in which they were attacking Kemp Little LLP.

Sherwood denies a charge of racially aggravated harassment, while Kemp Little also denies any wrongdoing.
