Golden Peacock Awards

The Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors, India in 1991, have not only won wide acceptance among all businesses, but have also achieved unscalable recognition and patronage among peers, globally. They stand out as a unique recognition for acknowledging the exceptional achievements of the very best organizations, through their outstanding contribution in the concerned fields.

Besides recognition, preparation for the award application under its self appraisal reporting method, helps to inspire and align the entire workforce and rapidly accelerates the pace of system improvement in an organisation.

The Golden Peacock Awards Secretariat has invited applications from corporates/industries, including multinationals, SMEs, public, private and government enterprises to be selected for the following awards: Golden Peacock National Quality Award (GPNQA), Golden Peacock Business Excellence Award (GPBEA), Golden Peacock National Training Award (GPNTA) and Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Service Award (GPIPSA). The last date for submission of completed applications is 10 March, 2015.

The awards jury is chaired by Justice (Dr.) Arijit Pasayat, former Judge, Supreme Court of India and former Chairman, Competition Appellate Tribunal & Authority for Advance Ruling (Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax). Other jury members, include who's who of businesses, jurists and policy makers. The awards would be presented at a special function scheduled for 19-21 April, 2015 in Dubai (UAE).
