Three suspected rioters were arrested at a violent student protests, in Westminster, after clashing with the police. The trio refused to reveal their identities in court have had their charges dropped.
It is said that they had allegedly refused to revealed their names to officers, and later in court when they were asked to reveal their identities. Instead, they shook their heads and grinned.
They were due to stand trial in 2016, however, they will not be facing any further action.
The Crown Prosecution Service has been criticised for this verdict which gives out the notion that one could get away with possible crimes by refusing to cooperate.
