The lymphatic system lacks a pump or engine and relies on a series of valves to propel lymph fluid. Regular exercise is crucial to facilitate the movement of lymphatic fluid and remove accumulated waste. Whether through walking, running, jumping, or lymphatic massage, the primary goal is to induce movement, as the lymphatic system depends on external motion.
