Mohammad Khan, 36, has been remanded in custody for breaching a restraining order filed by his university lecturer, Tracy Bettinson.
Khan, of Reading, had pursued Bettinson for nine years despite Bettinson's claim that she had no interest in having a relationship with him. He breached the order within eight days, a court heard. Khan will return to court for sentencing on July 13.
