Indian High Commission in the UK on Monday commemorated the tenth anniversary of the 26/11 Taj terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
Lord Ranbeer Singh Suri, Lord Navnit Dholakia, Virender Sharma MP, Fergus Auld from FCO, members of the UK police, high commissioner of Sri Lanka to the UK, and various other community members came together to remember the victims and show solidarity in the fight againstterrorism.
Those present on the occasion observed two minutes silence and lit candles to pay homage in memory of those who lost their lives in this dastardly deed, a release from Indian High Commission in the UK said.
High commissioner, Ruchi Ghanashyam, in her address stressed about close cooperation and strong commitment between India and the UK to combat terrorism.
