In remembrance

Asian Voice readers who work in pharmacies or use their services will be sad to learn that Janet Misson died peacefully on 6 July 2021. Janet touched many people’s lives during her long period of service with the National Pharmacy Association. For over twenty years she was the personal assistant to the chief executive and also served as company secretary to the NPA’s charity, the Heath Education Foundation. She calmly and efficiently managed the operations of the NPA board and advised numerous past chairs, including Umesh Patel MBE, who said that the NPA’s headquarters in St Albans will feel “empty in her absence.”  We extend our sympathy to Janet’s family and loved ones.
