Honour for Nicole

Monday 24th July 2017 11:14 EDT

Well done to Nicole Mason, Parliamentary Adviser at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, on scooping a Houses of Parliament Diversity & Inclusion Award. Nicole, 28, from London, was recognised for “embedding equality, diversity & inclusion” through organising a reverse mentoring scheme.

This involved senior leaders at the Houses of Parliament being mentored by junior people from a Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME) background. Nicole, pictured, who studied Law & Anthropology at London School of Economics, is on a secondment to the FCO from the House of Lords where she has worked in various roles since 2012.
