His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj launched our special magazine “Satpurush" on 7 June 2023 at the Neasden Temple during Diksha Mahotsav. This magazine has been specially prepared by Asian Voice and Gujarat Samachar to mark the five-week spiritual tour of HH Mahant Swami Maharaj along with valuable information about Bhagwan Swaminarayan, the Guru Parampara, BAPS and their humanitarian works worldwide.
Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Asian Voice and Gujarat Samachar, CB Patel, Group Editor Mahesh Liloriya and Senior Advertising Manager Kishore Parmar were invited on the stage at the time of launch. Head of Neasden Mandir, Sadhu Yogvivekdas Ji Swami also welcomed CB with a garland.
CB said, “We got inspiration from various programmes and family events that have been organised in HH Mahant Swamiji’s presence, focussing on strengthening faith, mobilising community service, and inspiring harmony among people of all ages and backgrounds.
“Yogvivekdas Ji, Prabuddhamunidas Ji and all Santos, Trustees from BAPS UK and our readers were the motivational force in this big initiative.”

After the inauguration of Satpurush magazine, HH Mahant Swami Maharaj ordained three youths from the UK into the Hindu monastic order. With Gurumantra, he gave new names to them for their new life as a saint.

On this occasion, HH Mahant Swami said, “Your old name was destructible. But this is like your new birth to serve society and this new name will remain forever. This is your permanent identity…”
38 days of divine bliss and a lifetime of memories
A month of unforgettable memories in the presence of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj culminated in a joyous festival of devotion as thousands were showered with colour and spiritual bliss. On the evening of 7 June, Rangotsav at Neasden Temple was celebrated.
HH Mahant Swami Maharaj said that he wants the youth to progress in their Satsang, studies and careers. He said, “You are not ordinary, you are great souls because you have obtained Bhagwan and the Satpurush. You have an infinite amount of power within you so take great pride in this. Remember to always be strong, brave, and patient. No matter what happens, never lose courage. Bhagwan and the Satpurush are the greatest source of strength and happiness, and they belong to you. Our only desire is for you to be eternally happy.”
On 8 June there an Abhar Sabha was held. Thousands of devotees gathered and thanked Mahant Swami Maharaj for all the divine bliss, profound inspiration, and unforgettable memories during his UK-Europe visit.
Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj is now in Toronto, Canada, for more than 4 weeks since Friday 9 June 2023.
