In an appeal for help, police authorities in Tower Hamlets borough released an image of a man who has breached a restraining order. Described as a 5ft 7in tall Bengali man, with a heavy build, Dhonfor Ali from Gloucester is known to take up different aliases and has links in east London and Birmingham.
Ali, 25, admitted to harassment and two driving offences in September last year, and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. A restraining order was imposed on him, however, since his release from prison earlier this year, he is known to have contacted the victim and made threats.
