To mark South Asian Heritage Month. FNF is a charity supporting nurses and midwives o improve care and save lives. We focus on supporting nurses and midwives to connect, lead and influence healthcare.

This webinar aims to shine a light on nurses and midwives from South Asia and their heritage, acknowledge the contribution that they have made to healthcare, hear their stories. We will hear from seven nurses and midwives who will be sharing their personal nursing/midwifery journey and where they are now, how it feels to be South Asian in this role, what their families think of their professions.

And what difference they have made to people’ lives in their role as a nurse/midwife. In this year of the 75th anniversary of HMT Empire Windrush arriving in the UK, we celebrate descendants of all those who have come to the UK from all over the world, who are an essential part of our rich and diverse health and care workforce.
