Robert Tolley, 48-year-old director at EC3 Brokers is banned from all pubs in London after racially abusing an Asian couple.

Tolley was drinking for six hours with his colleagues at a local pub near the Liverpool station. He bumped into two passengers, Sheikh Ahmed and Sayema Khanom, while going down the escalator and pushed both of them. He called Ms Khanom a “Kumar prostitute” and Mr. Ahmed a “dog” in Arabic.

He was sentenced to a community order and Judge Michael Snow said: “Since you cannot control yourself while drinking we are going to try and curb your drinking”

Tolley, who is “deeply ashamed” of his actions, cannot enter any pub, nightclub or bar in Central London or Wiltshire for a year now. He is under curfew for the next nine weeks between 8:30pm and 4:30am except for the business trips to Palma and Barcelona next month.
