Britain: An Indian immigrant, a bogus arranged marriage fixer was deported, however, she is due to return back to the UK as her nine-year-old son is said to be suffering from the separation.
An immigration judge ruled in favour of the 46-year-old woman last year.
It is said that the woman had entered Britain in 2002, on a visitor visa and allegedly was involved in a conspiracy to ease fake marriages.
She was deported for two years in 2009, which made her son split his time between Britain and India, in order to spend time with both of his parents, but this arrangement upset him.
Lawyers asked officials to revoke her deportation in 2012, referring to a family life in the European Convention on Human Rights.
