A motorist was given a £60 penalty charge notice for breaching parking regulations in Ammanford, South Wales. He was promptly fined another £75 for throwing his parking ticket out of his window, which was reported to the council by a witness.
The additional £75 fixed penalty notice was issued to him for the littering offence.
