To commemorate the 74th anniversary of the proclamation of Subhash Chandra Bose's Proclamation of Azad Hind, a lecture is being organised by his Germany-based daughter and only child Professor Anita Bose Pfaff on October 23. The professor of economics will speak about her father and 70 years of independent India. Several renowned delegates are expected to be present including ministers of the British government, MPs, peers, high commissioners, ambassadors, and academics.
High media coverage of the event is expected including British, German, Japanese, Indian sources, and Asian Voice and Gujarat Samachar. The lecture will take place at the Taj St James Court hotel, 54 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AF. it will be preceded by a reception, and followed by dinner.
