Oscar-winner actor Ben Kingsley has signed on a contemporary thriller 'Spider in the Web' from Israeli director Eran Riklis, along with Italian actress Monica Bellucci and Israeli actor Itay Tiran. The film will see Kingsley play a highly lauded secret agent, Adereth, who discovers a lead on the sale of chemical weapons to a Middle Eastern dictator. Shoot for the film is set to begin in the spring. The story is inspired by real events, and the script is written by Gidon Maron and Emmanuel Nakkache.
