Last June (2014), Barnet residents who signed up to the Big London Energy Switch saved an average of £284 per year, per household.

There are currently 1460 Participants who have already signed up to this year’s Switch – to join them in residents must sign up by the 2nd of February.
Leader of Barnet Council, Councillor Richard Cornelius, said: “We have all been affected by high energy bills over recent years and this initiative gives residents a chance to come together and save some much needed cash. Barnet’s Switch proved popular last year and I am sure it will do even better this time around.”
This year’s Big London Switch also has a ‘refer a friend’ prize draw. This will be an opportunity to win five shopping vouchers worth up to £100.
