Banker turned healthcare entrepreneur elected as Conservative Councilor

Abbas Merali a former M&A investment banker turned healthcare and real estate entrepreneur with a passion for community development was successfully elected as the Conservative Councilor In Moor Parka and Eastbury Ward in Three Rivers District Council with a resounding majority. Born and brought up in Mombasa, Kenya, he migrated to the UK with his family when he was 14 and is forever grateful for the opportunity that modern Britain has given him. He believes strongly that his personal, cultural and faith values are aligned with conservative values and has ambitions to progress within the Party. He currently Chairs the South West Hertfordshire Patrons Club and is keen to speak to anyone who would like to get involved.
