Hate preacher Anjem Choudary may be in jail, but the threat posed by the terror network of Choudary continues to grow, according to a report by The Sunday Times.
The report said one of Choudary’s acolytes has taken over his mantle to champion the Isis cause online, amid fears that some of his followers will return to Britain from the battlefields of Syria to plot attacks.
The warning about Choudary’s continued influence comes after five of his supporters were jailed for a total of more than 23 years on last week for praising Isis at speeches in Luton attended by young children.
