The 48-year-old radical Islamic preacher, Anjem Choudary, has returned back to jail, after he allegedly breached his bail conditions.
Anjem Choudary is to stand trial in 2016, with the accusation of inviting support for Isil.
It is alleged that Choudary had met a person whom he was prevented from meeting and being associated with.
District Judge Kenneth Grant stated at a hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court, that Choudary had breached his bail conditions by meeting the prohibited individual on Saturday 21st November.
