Those landing at Heathrow who require further tests and observations are transferred to Northwick Park Hospital, in Watford Road, Harrow.
The deadly virus, which causes a fever and severe internal bleeding, has become widespread in some west African countries in recent months.
Those who test positive for Ebola are being transferred to the Royal Free Hospital, in Hampstead, for treatment in a special isolation unit.
Pauline McCaffrey, a British Aid Worker, is currently in a critical condition in the hospital after returning from Sierra Leone via Glasgow.
Prime Minister David Cameron was asked whether airport screening is failing on the Andrew Marr show on Sunday.
He said: "Her temperature was taken several times but then she was allowed to go on and travel to Scotland and what I have said very clearly is we should have a precautionary principle in place. If you are still in doubt, if there's uncertainty, there are proper arrangements for you to go to the Northwick Park Hospital in Middlesex to be observed and to have further tests there before going further.”
Tina Benson, director of operations at Northwick Park Hospital, said: "Patients screened at Heathrow Airport who require further tests and observation are transferred to Northwick Park Hospital. There is not a walk-in service at the hospital. Patients who are worried about symptoms should call NHS 111."
