Prapti Dutt is a mother of two boys, who has fought her way through 2 C-sections, post-partum depression & diastasis recti to reach where she is now. Her journey coming down from size 16 gave her a lot of learnings about what really works, especially when the goal is not just weight loss, but to get stronger and not feel exhausted all the time,. After trying extensive exercise and equipment, she realised her ways weren't sustainable and won’t lead to results. That’s when she moved to her own training of core workouts that she now offers through CoreSculpt App.

In an interview with Asian Voice, she shares more about her upcoming app CoreSculpt and her fitness journey.

What are some exercise regimens available on the app that can help people in various walks of life?

CoreSculpt App, as the name suggests, is all about building your core strength through homebased bodyweight workouts. There is a misconception that the core is only the Ab muscles, when it refers to the group of muscles that stabilize your spine, back, pelvis and abdominals, leading to a great range of mobility, flexibility, functional strength, and posture improvements. CoreSculpt will give your muscles the much-needed resilience that is essential for every single person to counter the age-related loss of muscle mass.

How will your app cater to clients who have specific fitness goals?

CoreSculpt offers an exceptional collection of over 500 unique follow-along workouts. This expansive variety ensures that every individual, regardless of their fitness goal, can find tailored routines that propel them towards success. With such a diverse range of workouts at your fingertips, achieving your fitness goals becomes easier- be it increasing your stamina, agility, endurance, balancing, flexibility, explosive strength, or body re-composition.

As a qualified nutritionist, witnessing the positive shifts in my clients' bodies and lives fuels my passion for crafting personalized nutrition plans that unlock their full potential.

How do you adapt your coaching style and communication to cater to clients with varying levels of fitness experience and knowledge, especially through an app?

Having earned accolades as an award-winning mentor, fitness trainer & nutritionist since 2020, mentoring and coaching along with fitness and nutrition plans, is the essence of all my programs including CoreSculpt App. By joining my program, you get access to my private WhatsApp groups to get the right support from women who are been through similar journeys. Moreover, I am not just your fitness trainer but also your workout buddy who is just a chat away sharing my tips and tricks.

Amid growing discussions about plus-size bodies and body positivity, how do fitness apps, including CoreSculpt, play a role in this conversation?

With CoreSculpt and all my programs, the goal isn’t to get Skinny but Strong!  By committing to our fitness journey, we're not just building muscles; we're cultivating resilience, determination, and mental fortitude. Every push-up, every squat, and every mile run are a testament to our inner strength, reminding us that we're capable of overcoming challenges, be it workout or life. It's not about restriction or counting calories; it's about honouring our body and giving it the sustenance, it deserves. My fitness community is full of plus-size members loving their newly evolved strong toned bodies. Health comes in all shapes and forms through diverse role models. Scales or sizes should not define a person’s identity.

Among the various fitness apps out there, how will CoreSculpt stand out?

CoreSculpt App brings you a plethora of options with Circuit training, Bodyweight strength, Yoga, Pilates, Callisthenics, Resistance & strength training along with nutrition and habit coaching services into one comprehensive platform. It isn’t easy to find such a synergy and an unmatched fusion that transforms your fitness journey into an inspiring adventure! CoreSculpt isn’t just another Fitness App, it is a culmination of years of dedication, passion, expertise, experience & knowledge and is an ever-evolving network of strong women. This is what helps it to stand out.

With the announcement of A-level results, there's a lot of students who are facing stress regarding their results and the looming future. What are some exercises and dietary suggestions would you pass on to them?

I understand the stress of A-level, but I would rather fix the cause than give a treatment. Lack of mental health and positivity is the root cause of unhealthy eating. The young rockstars don’t need to know ‘what is right for them today’, they need to hear ‘things will turn right for them one day’! Life has a way of getting you the best of you, not every milestone will be your choice, but it will lead to your destination eventually.
