As children return to school after a long and unprecedented break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the sleep cycles of many have been disturbed while staying indoors during the lockdown. An old Facebook post from 2015 with a timetable for children has recently resurfaced on social media. According to it, children must sleep at a particular time according to their age group. While the time table suggests that children of age 5-7 must sleep between 6:45 pm to 7:15 pm, children of age 8-12 must try to fall asleep between 9 - 9:45 pm max.
