Britain: According to regulators, 2/3 of hospitals in the UK are not good enough, while ¾ do not meet the adequate safety standards. They warn that staffing cuts and conceited care are putting patients at risk.
The Care Quality Commission stated that bad hospitals have been struggling immensely due to the funding cuts. Inspectors also mentioned in the annual report that they were “surprised at how truly poor the care can be.”
