A staunch follower of Dr Ambedkar's philosophy on social reforms, Dr Anju Kajal's sole purpose is to become the woman voice of the depressed classes, promoting their cause and strengthen people to people ties through cross cultural programmes and seminars. She firmly believes that women empowerment can be achieved by women welfare and has often directed her work in that direction.
