With over 17 years of experience, Jimal Solanki has shaped Taj’s commercial strategy, securing key partnerships with national retailers and driving Taj’s presence into hundreds of stores across the UK. Since becoming Strategic Director in 2015, Devik Solanki has been the architect of Taj’s infrastructure growth and international expansion. His vision reached a milestone in 2025 with the opening of Taj’s European Distribution Depot in the Netherlands — enabling next-day frozen delivery across the continent and cementing Taj’s role as a pan-European distribution powerhouse.

Nishal Solanki brings operational expertise, scaling Taj’s logistics, production, and product development. His leadership has ensured the highest standards in quality and supply chain excellence, while expanding Taj’s range to meet the evolving tastes of global consumers.

Today, Taj’s product portfolio spans more than 90 frozen lines, and the business now operates in over 30 international markets, delivering robust year-on-year growth and pioneering a cold-chain model that delivers excellence at scale.
