PM Modi to inaugurate development of Hazratbal Shrine project

Officials have announced that Prime Minister Modi is set to inaugurate the integrated development project of the Hazratbal shrine and the Sonamarg ski drag lift during his upcoming visit to Kashmir on Thursday. The inauguration of the Hazratbal shrine project will take place from Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar on March 7, according to the officials.

They stated that Hazratbal, among the most esteemed Muslim shrines in Jammu and Kashmir, underwent development under the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation And Spiritual Augmentation Drive (PRASAD). Additionally, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the ski drag lift at Sonamarg in Ganderbal district, with the aim of enhancing tourist influx to the region. Both projects will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister through virtual mode. Furthermore, Modi is set to unveil 42 new tourist destinations, launch nine tourism projects, and introduce the 'Chalo India' campaign for the Indian diaspora worldwide, as per officials.

In addition, officials mentioned that the Prime Minister will distribute appointment letters to 1,000 job seekers and engage with beneficiaries of various schemes at the district level through virtual means.
