Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni’s daughter Klin Kaara Konidela has already turned two months old. The Konidela household has been filled with joy since her birth on June 20. Upasana recently shared her happiness with her fans on Instagram, revealing that she observed Varalakshmi Vratam with her daughter.
While sharing a picture of her with her daughter while sitting in the puja room with a pandit, she captioned, “Couldn’t have asked for more. My first Varalakshmi Vratham with my Klin Kaara. #blessed #gratitude #priceless.” The fasting day is observed by people, especially women, in the southern states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is commemorated by married women who pray for the well-being of their loved ones in the family, for their husbands and for their future generations.
One of the common beliefs is that worshipping goddess Varalakshmi on this day is equivalent to offering prayers to Ashtalakshmi or the eight goddesses of Wealth, Earth, Learning, Love, Fame, Peace, Pleasure, and Strength.
