Former ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant and dancer Natasha Stankovic married Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya on May 31, 2020. They recently renewed their wedding vows following the Hindu and Christian rituals. In their newly released wedding trailer, Natasa spoke about her first meeting with Pandya. She shared that after spending so many years in India, this was the first time she came across a man like him.
Natasa revealed she met Hardik through a common friend, and unlike the usual handshake, the cricketer hugged her without even knowing her name. She narrated, “I went out with few of my friends and there was also a friend of mine who apparently was also HP’s friend. Then he walks in a hat, some kind of a shawl and blingy-blingy everywhere. In so many years in India, I had not seen such a person, such a persona. I was like, ‘What is this?’ ‘Who is this?’”
She continued, “You know when you’re meeting someone for the first time, I was going for the hand and he came for a hug. Don’t know the name, nothing, he was just very friendly, that’s how we met for the first time.”
Hardik also shared that he forgot he had come to a party with two other girls after seeing Natasa. “Once I sat on the table, I was only trying to talk to Natasa. She was obviously very good looking, pehle udhar hi bhai fisal gaya tha (that is where I fell in love with her),” the cricketer said in his wedding trailer shared by The Wedding Story.
Natasa and Hardik had a grand wedding in Udaipur in February. The couple first renewed their wedding vows at a Christian wedding, and then had a wedding following the Hindu rituals. Back in 2020, they had an intimate wedding and were blessed with a baby boy Agastya in July 2020.
Speaking fondly of Hardik, Natasa added in the video, “From day one, he was very honest. With him, there is no grey, it is either black or white.” The wedding teaser had the families of Natasa and Hardik celebrating their relationship. There were snippets of the two stars playing cricket and dancing together during their wedding festivities.
Hardik concluded by saying that Natasa’s presence in his life made him achieve more professionally. “The way she gave me warmth, I started getting more solutions because she taught me how to find solutions. That learning in my love life taught me to achieve more and more in life. I also got more patient because it takes a lot of patience to live with Natasa,” he said.
Natasa made her Bollywood debut with the 2013 film ‘Satyagraha,’ directed by Prakash Jha and starred Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles. She also participated in the eighth season of 'Bigg Boss’ and ‘Nach Baliye’ Season 9.
