The first look at actor Jr NTR’s character in his next film has been revealed. Tentatively titled ‘NTR 30,’ the name has been announced as ‘Devara’ and presents the actor with a fierce warrior look.
The announcement was revealed on the eve of Jr NTR’s birthday, as promised by the film’s production team. The first look shows him standing on rocks next to the ocean with a spear in his hand, soaked in blood. It was revealed on the actor’s official Twitter handle with the caption, ‘Devara.’ The makers of the movie had earlier released a poster which showcased various types of swords. The caption on the poster read, “The sea is full of his stories… written in blood.”
‘Devara’ marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actor Janhvi Kapoor, who will be the female lead in the film. Another big name associated with the movie is Bollywood star, Saif Ali Khan.
The team welcomed Saif with an announcement in April. They posted pictures of Jr NTR and Saif together and wrote, “Team #NTR30 welcomes #SaifAliKhan on board. The National Award-winning actor joined the shoot of the high voltage action drama.”
